Amazing customer service, incredible value, family-run business. I was really impressed by the Dana & Gary’s knowledge of the bikes and their willingness to give me a lengthy tour on the bikes. They obviously have poured their heart and soul into the business. It shows that they care more about the customer care than the price tag. If you’re in search of an electric bike or simply a bike repair this is the spot to hit up 👌🏼

We received great service from Electra Ride E-bikes in Kamloops and were treated like long lost family by the owner, Garry. While taking part in a timed cycling event in the Thompson-Okanagan, our tandem bicycle developed a mechanical issue that required shop tools to correct while climbing out of Kamloops. It was a Sunday morning and the only bike shop open early was Electra Ride. Garry took our call, invited us to the shop and pledged to provide all the assistance he could. He lent us the necessary tools and provided advice that allowed us to make the repair in a timely fashion and complete our ride. While we worked we could hear Garry and his staff setting up clients with rentals, providing safety orientations for people new to electric bikes as well as offering interesting route suggestions. Before we left Garry even let us refill our bottles from the water cooler! Thanks Garry--your attentive service and positive attitude are great assets for both your business and your clients!

I would highly recommend renting these bikes! we went all over Kamloops for about 4 hours. What an wicked experience. Awesome way to tour around Kamloops and enjoy the out side.

Awful prices, bike kept giving us issues, called for help and absolutely no customer service, the staff is all rude and abrasive. DO NOT go here!! Save your money!
