Couldn't find a bike back home (out of town), stopped in just to look and found not only a bike, but a bike I absolutely admire! Great quality, great service for my first major bike purchase. Quick responses via email and reasonable prices. I'd recommend this place over and over. Hope to swing by again next time I'm headed to the cabin.

We are from out of town and stopped by the shop to buy some things and get some information about where to ride in Kamloops. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. They spent time showing us maps and describing terrain. Recommending a bunch of trails for us to check out. The shop is great too. Appears to have a good selection of everything. Really great experience overall. Thank you!

Awesome service. The bike I wanted was out of stock at most shops. Most shops said the B2B portal didn't show inventory try looking at different bikes. The bicycle cafe called the manufacture's sales rep and found the bike I wanted in the correct size and had it transferred from one shop to their shop 4 hours away.

The Cafe is top notch, the vibe is super relaxed and everyone is so helpful. You can tell there is nothing but passion for getting people the perfect fit, bike, and experience. I highly recommend Cheryl, Taylor, and the crew!!
