Just tried to buy a vehicle, left for 5 minutes to go to the bank to get a money draft. Called to see who to make it out to and Ryan sold the vehicle out from under me. He said I should have made a deposit but did not say this to me at the shop. Also, he said there were no problems and that he had had it inspected (but didnt have the results of the inspection so obviously he hasnt actually looked at the results), but when we looked under the hood ourselves there was clearly an oil leak that had been building up for a while (not just from spillage while changing the oil as he said it was). Definitely seemed sketchy and was not impressed that he sold the vehicle in the few minutes I was gone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when looking for a used truck. He was very straightforward and honest. I was able to give the truck a good test run, and all was fine. Shortly after having the truck, a minor issue came up and Ryan took the truck back for a few days. He resolved the problem and I haven't had an issue since. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Ryan again when in the market for a vehicle.

ryan said he would send me in a safe car, while i was leaving the province the brake light went on, the muffler almost fell off and he ignored my calls and said good luck with the repairs. i payed $3000 for a 2007 ford taurus. do not recommend and will be considering suing.

I found a veichle I just couldn't stop thinking about , totem city motors was above and beyond helpful , I Took it for 2 test drives , and I also went and got my own inspection on the veichle ..everything was a smooth process and I would reccomend him for sure ! I am beyond happy with my purchase . Thanks so much ryan !

Not even one week since I bought a vehicle here and the check engine light turned on with a broken catalytic converter, ticking noise all over the engine bay, tire pressure monitor broken and the rear view mirror temperature and compass is not working. "Well inspected vehicles" would be something else. As of all this, not recommending this dealer at all.
