I just don't even know what to say about this manager/owner team. By far the least welcoming atmosphere you can imagine. While shopping I had the unfortunate experience of whom I later found out to be the owner wishing them a good morning to which I promptly greated with whats so good about it? You shouldn't say that to me! I mentioned it management and was brushed of with that's Mike!

Had a faultless experience purchasing our new vehicle here. Travis and Naomi couldn't have made the process any easier and went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed. We received objective advice and felt that our needs had really been heard and taken into account with the suggestions made. Had a fantastic experience this weekend trading in our vehicle and purchasing a new Equinox with Keith Bickert. He was very friendly, listened to our concerns and was willing to put the work in to make it happen. The process was easy thanks to Keith and all the team members we had the pleasure of meeting while we were on the lot. I would recommend them again and again.

I called and made an appointment which I thought would mean I would get my service done then, but that was not the case. I was then informed that the appointment was to just talk to the service advisor. I asked how long it would take for my oil change to get done and they said 1.5 hours to 2. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to text their messaging service to see how much longer it would take and nothing. So I walked back and talked to the receptionist and she then informed me that it was being washed and would be out soon. I then found out that there had been a recall issued but was not notified about the issue until it was checked. I then waited another 10 or so minutes longer. When I went out to my car the wash on it was subpar and would have been better not done. All and all I would not come back again. I'd rather spend the money and drive all the way to Kelowna Chevy to get my service done. At least I feel welcome and wanted there.

The team at Smith Chevrolet gives top notch customer service. Derek, Matt and Mike are a dream team when it comes to getting a new vehicle. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care that all your needs/wants have been met. I could not be happier with my new truck!
