This location was ideal for my insurance needs. Jack and Gabe were excellent to deal with in the past, Great guys very professional. But twice in the last 15 months I experienced two absolute nightmares with other staff and now i'm faced with the fact that i have to do business elsewhere. I won't bother the public with the details but i'm hopeful the manager calls me back to hear the details and my constructive criticism.

Absolutely horrible experience with staff from this office as well as downtown office manager!! You call one number, in this case the North Shore, it bounced to downtown office without my knowledge. Called downtown office phone number and got Valleyview office, again without my knowledge. Very unprofessional and distant caring about customer service, in this case seniors in COVID times. Only way resolution was achieved is when I went above the downtown Manager's head ... no apologies either. Will NOT being using this Broker again, which is too bad as we had several policies there. DISGUSTED!!

Wouldn't suggest this insurance company if you have time to go elsewhere. I had called for a home insurance quote and worked with a pleasant broker and was told she would get back to me. 10 days later I followed up myself to see the status of my quote and she told me it was best to just stay with the insurance I currently have. I appreciate the honesty but would have expected a call with this info so I could move on.

No one answered the phone and it took a week to get someone to call back
