Sussex Insurance - Kamloops

Gotta say, of anyone that has helped me with my insurance, Liberty was by far the most helpful and educated person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She was helpful, quick and lit as heck. Thanks 🔥🔥🔥

I went in for a simple Insurance renewal expecting a smooth transaction with a friendly representative, This unfortunately is not what was offered at Sussex. I now use my car for work, so I had a few questions to ensure I had the correct coverage if I ever did get into an accident. I also asked if they would be able to help me gain a better understanding of the new ICBC safe driving/discount program. To my surprise the woman I had the misfortune of dealing with was argumentative, combative, defensive and at times even arrogant. It got to a point where I asked her "I dont understand..why are you being so defensive"? Unsurprisingly this time, I received an argumentative response. So I gathered my paperwork and said I am going to go somewhere else... told her to have a nice day and left. These types of employees can really do damage to a business over time. My fiance and I have both insured our vehicles here at this location before, but this year and going forward isnt it easier to just take our business somewhere else? Somewhere a more enjoyable transaction with someone friendly and helpful can be achieved opposed to taking the chance of having another unprovoked negative experience at Sussex Insurance? I think so.

Really busy a lot of the time. Probably because they’re open 7 days a week. Only ones in Kamloops. Staff and pretty friendly especially and older lady with glasses zz she’s amazing

Worst customer service. The lady over the phone had absolutely no patience to listen to the documents that i needed and hung up on me twice. Would never visit 'em again, you can get way better customer service at other brokers. I will recommend Kamloops Insurance or Capri.

We were extremely satisfied with the help we received from Sussex a few weeks ago. Angela, the agent that looked after us, went out of her way to help us sort out our complicated car insurance needs!! Two thumbs up for Angela!!!
