I just want to thank all the staff at Westland insurance for a great job done! Joanne, Emma and Krista figured out all the details for an out of province inspection on my vehicle, despite several road blocks from icbc policies. Their ability to convey what needed to be done, and step by step instruction, really helped through a completely stressful task. It was their professionalism and their drive to resolve this matter that really saved the day for me. Thanks again!

Inquired about a condo policy via email (during Covid), very quick to respond. But they took over a week to get back to me with a form to fill out. I promptly filled it out and emailed it back. It's been over 5 weeks now, sent 2 reminder emails over the past 2 weeks. No one is responding to me at all lol

Marie was incredibly helpful and patient. I was trying to arrange home insurance while caring for my newborn baby and she said if I had to get off the phone, it wouldn’t be a problem at all and I could call back whenever or communicate through email instead, whichever was easiest for me. When I went to the office to sign the papers, she said she didn’t want to keep me waiting with my baby while she finalized the documents and offered to mail them to me instead. I greatly appreciated her understanding. I highly recommend Westland Insurance and Marie as well. Thank you
