I live in Logan Lake and renew my insurance here yearly, friendly staff and fast service.

PLEASE READ!!! I went in to renew my insurance here. It was the 30th of the month. I asked them when payments would be coming out and they told me the 2nd of every month. I asked if I should come back on the second and the woman said "no". I said you are going to let me take the plates without payment, and she confirmed the payment would come out on the second. I thanked her and left. I went to the ATM on the 4th and discovered they had taken payment on the 31st and again on the 4th! People pay monthly for a reason, I TOLD THEM I AM ON DISABILITY! AND THEY TOOK MY FOOD MONEY! BELIEVE IT! I told the manager and she said sorry you should have read what you signed! SHE REBUKED ME FOR BELIEVING HER EMPLOYEE! I told her that was food money from my disability check and all she could do is tell me sorry I can't help you. I HAVE NOT EATEN FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND IT IS THE 18th! I am astonished that they wouldn't make the effort to correct THEIR MISTAKE! TAKING TWO MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOUR DAYS APART IS WORNG! DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND REMORSELESS! I talked to ICBC and they have started and investigation, AGREEING WITH ME THAT AUTOPLAN WAS IN THE WRONG! ICBC told me to ask autoplan to involve the broker rep for the area. When I went in the manager played stupid and said that she was the representative, and I explained it to her, she huffed and said "oh well that is so and so, I know her and she is just going to say the same thing! THIER MISTAKE HAS LEFT ME TO GO HUNGRY AND THEY TURN THEIR FACES AWAY FROM WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. I made sure to confirm every detail, they lied to my face and took my food money. What could be lower?
