BCAA

Asked to have my car towed as it won't start this morning. BCAA tow truck guy came and successfully started my car and gave me tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. Very knowledgeable and experienced, actually all very good experience for the last few times I had with BCAA ( Yes, my car had all kinds of issues ). Will continue to be a member and will recommend to others !

45 minute wait on phone is standard these days. I called ICBC directly for insurance and waited 3 minutes. Further clarification: the issue is with BCAA Phone service (the 1-800 number), NOT the local Kamloops office. The local Kamloops office is wonderful, efficient and helpful. Due to Covid, appointments locally are scarce and clients often have to call the call centre for service.

The staff are great!. We have a BCAA membership, we insure our cars and house through them Travel insurance is pricey here and can be found elsewhere cheaper especially for those over 60. Pacific Blue Cross or Nomad are much cheaper options.
