Horrible business practices if you like to argue give them a call. Renewing policies without consent and then telling you if you’d like to cancel there’s going to be a charge for that, please save yourself the trouble and never deal with capri. Policies going up by 1/3 every year.

A negative rating would have been better, but they do not offer that option. Lorraine Turcotte from the Summit location is the issue. She tries to smooth thing over with a $5 coffee card when it costs the client a lot more than $5. She would mess up my file so bad I finally got fed up and left and went somewhere else. Even then she still bullies and threaten s to get the job done and make her way around. I really do not know just how she keeps her job, that is a total mystery. All she did was cost me a lot of money and gave nothing but BS in return
