Spoke with Wanda Medos (branch manager) and asked about the difference in pricing for two different insurance plans, and was told that information was not available. I then explained that I cant make a decision without that information, and brought up how insurance companies make money with regards to probability, and was interrupted and told that she was not interested in discussing that, and that she was actually doing me a favor and that Im welcome to go some where else. The questions I was asking were very basic and common; regardless of the validity of the questions, to be told that she was in fact doing me a favor and I can go somewhere else is poor customer service and goes without saying. This is a poor example for a branch manager to be setting for subordinates. I will not be using this outlet again, and recommend avoiding this outlet if possible.

Great place for all your insurance needs. Except house insurance. They don't do house insurance.
