The lady there was there was very helpful and nice. I got all of what I needed and went on my merry little way.

I drove in for two claims months ago at this location. Recieved paperwork regarding them and left. Fast forward to when I walked in and asked a question about my claims. I was told by the brunette front desk lady that I only had one claim, that she cannot help me, and to speak to my adjuster. Huh? After 30 mintues of time wasted I left because I felt something was off and could not stomach the childish pity party that was going on behind the front desk. Why cant you check again? I am confident there is another claim. I called Kelowna ICBC. I recieved all information regarding BOTH claims and additional exceptional customer service. I do not think it is fair that Kelowna has to suffer through the extra volume of customers because Kamloops is uneducated and unaware of job duties and service. Rude.
