Excellent service! They actually went the extra mile honouring my request of sending pictures proving the driveshaft was the right length, and all this without asking for a deposit! They kept their word, fast service would definitely recommend them! Thanks again !

I ordered a part and when I received it a part was unfortunately broken. The team was collaborative. It was easy for us to talk to each other. No bad attitude or derogatory words were said to take responsibility for the situation. The attitude of the staff that we find in scrapbooking courses sometimes leaves something to be desired, but here, that was not the case. Only point to improve: a delay was rather long to have a feedback on whether it was possible to have a spare part. However, all of the staff I spoke to were courteous, helpful and understanding. I eventually returned my defective part, at their expense, with no issues and received a refund promptly. I would buy from them again anytime despite this wrong course.

I bought a vehicle for parts (Audi S4 2010) for $ 7000 ... I wanted to use the engine and transmission in my A4. The engine was broken in a water chamber and the transmission was defective. Despite the fact that they welded the engine I had to pay more than $ 4000 to put the engine and transmission in condition.
