Staff shut the gates on a person in a wheel chair because there was a tiny fight. Disgraceful and disgusting behaviour! Never seen anything like how the staff here reacted. Also blocking travel to many many other people. Turns out they didn’t close one tiny side entrance but didn’t tell anyone clearly waiting at the entrance this. Useless. Pretty station otherwise.

If you are planning to visit this area, dont. Unless you live in Ilford or any of the other terrible surrounding areas there is nothing worthwhile here for a typical human being. The shops here are exclusively of the budget variety with the local's choice of food options being McDonalds and the other McDonalds across town, and your most premium supermarket available here is a tiny M&S foodhall. Bizarrely this area does have some premium restaurants, such as; TGI Fridays, Mod pizza, Pizza Express and Cosmo buffet. There is also a Flannels if you are somehow desire the manifestation of a severely limited clothing section of Harrods. However, you will be without doubt the only person in these establishments if you do find yourself there. In short, avoid this place like the plague unless you are really keen on the working class Essex lifestyle, of which here there is plenty to accommodate such meager ways of living.
