M y husband is a wheelchair user and had an appointment this morning. He did not have the time to book for assisted travel. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to a lovely lady who went out of her way this morning to ensure that my husband and myself got on the train. The lady was wearing a checked coat and was carrying a H&M carrier bag.

Interchange between the mainline platformsandthe Bromley North shuttle could be alot better honestly as it's not step free at all. Both platforms have seating and shelter at least and trains run at an acceptable frequency.

No lift or ramp from platform 1 to exit or to access other platforms if one is disabled or burdened with luggage or buggy. Nice warm waiting room on platforms 4/5 with good photographs and even some books to borrow - when it is open. Staff also look after flower beds. But the lack of access from platform 1 is a disgrace - Network Rail caved in when local residents (who live next to a busy station) objected to the noise a lift would make!

It's a typical train station, it's fine it's clean. Platform staff are really friendly, kiosk not so much from my experience. Tea kiosk hut lady is great. Good local feel, very community.
