Nice station... accommodating I will say

I arrived here on a freezing cold February morning, at the break of dawn, chilly from my walk from my hotel. Excited and filled with excitement about my day trip into London, the capital of England. Not being familiar with the ticket process, I asked one of the helpful team, who wear big pink badges, with a teddy bear written on it’s stomach “I’m Here to Help You”, and that certainly is the case. They walked me to one of the many open ticket machines and guided me through the options, I settled on a super-off-peak day return as this semi-flexible ticket complements my semi-flexible lifestyle. But don’t let my choice influence you, you do you. The helpful team, who carried my bags, took me to one of the many covered and heated areas along the platform, so I could rest on the comfortable seats, even a few moment until a train came shortly after. The staff helped me on the train and find a seat. What a wonderful experience.

Only one ticket machine that's usually broken, the rudest staff you'll ever find (and that's up against some tough competition) and no seats or covering on the platform.
