An alright enough station located on a bit of a hill as the name implies. Has a ticket office, ticket barriers and only step free access on the platform heading towards West Norwood. Not much more than that really.
Quiet, two-platform station with toilets and small waiting room. The ticket hall features a tiny ☕ shop and a ♿ WC. There's a second exit with NO barriers for use when ticket hall is closed- or if you thinking bunking 👌
Awful service - the staff is unhelpful and often uninformed. If you are trying to find information about your connection - don't bother.
A friendly station, especially with the flowers on the platforms, and with a couple of nice places to eat just across the road.
