Facilities at this station are barebones at best. Step free access is only possible for trains heading towards Tattenham Corner as the London bound platform is only accessible via the footbridge. Seating and shelter is minimal on both platforms and it can get cold waiting for your train.
There's only a single ticket machine though it's nice that the ticket office is open on a Sunday. Oyster is accepted here and can be topped up via the ticket machine which accepts both cash and card payments.
