Used a few times.And always had polite customer service
Because I like the train to tooting
An empty shell of a place, functional is all you can say about it ....a lick of paint here and there doesn't hide it's flaws and omissions such as wheelchair accessibility...no lifts only a narrow long flight of stairs. A very small entrance... they could invest in expanding it there's room and space to do it...just not the motivation or the will.
One of a few stations on the Sutton Loop Line to have any form of staffing for the most part and ticket barriers. With that said, nowhere near enough to stop people crowding around them due to the small booking hall.
The station is located in a decent place but no step free access down to the platforms is available here and trains run about every 30 minutes in each direction.
It's okay. But it doesn't have elevator access. Just an old fashion of staircase
