When you arrive and got yourself up the stairs but as first time user of the station forgotten in what direction your train was going, you easily can get lost when you on the bridge and it is dark. I felt a bit lost and a simple “to the west” and “to the east” would help so much.....

One of the best stations in the area. Seriously good. Look, it's no Kings Cross, but if you are in need of a train to Welwyn Garden City, it's hard to beat. The staircase from the ticket office down to the platform is a nice touch.

Raph earns this station 5 stars as he is the most happy and smiley ticket man - it's a pleasure to buy a ticket from him rather than the machine every morning. Never fails to put a smile on my face. He will always ensure you get the best fare for your journey. Otherwise, the station is rubbish... No toilet, disability access, schedule boards often broken.

It’s a great link for locals. However as it’s in a very residential area I would expect an easy pram and wheelchair access. It’s impossible to even get your pram round the entrance to Finsbury Pk! Sort that out Harringay

No bathroom. Disgrace. Ticket machines don't work. Disgrace. Announcement sign out of order and no substitute or voice announcements. Disgrace. Get it together Harringay!
