Given sound advice by the T&S officer.
Basic station with a good frequency of trains into London. Needs to be refurbished/upgraded for the Soon to be Brentford FC Stadium;which is being built right next to the station, and is the stop for Kew Gardens. So this station will become much busier.
Busy in the mornings
Good station with frequent trains to Waterloo. There is now also a new coffee shop opened up which is very nice.
An ok station but could do with much needed refurbishment including lifts and a new footbridge. The footbridge can get really overcrowded esspecially when a train towards london comes in but overall a very basic SWR stop.
