Useful overland station given that there’s no tube station in Palmers Green - connections to central London and north to Hertford available.
Lack of accessibility is an issue - steep stairs lead to both platforms and whilst the northbound platform does have sloped access (albeit still with a few steps) this is invariably and inexplicably locked most of the time. The ticket barriers at the entrance are also a pain at busy times. Not great for disabled passengers or those with small children.
Love this old fashion station 🚉. Need to be carefully on the stairs when it rains.
It has a lovely cafe attached to it and a car 🚗 Park attached.
