Dingle road railway station can be reached via West Terrace or over the railway bridge from Windsor road. There is no parking as dingle road had resident parking restrictions. All trains go either into Penarth or Cardiff where you can change for main line or local destinations.

I don't get trains here so I will just rate on appearances. 1 platform, departure board. Cover for rainy days. No toilets. Ticket machine to pay at. No car parking that I can tell. Press button info/distress call machine. It's a well hidden station and you would not know it is here as you have to go down a ordinary street of houses to reach it. Quiet area that I can see. Ramp for wheel chairs.

Seemed to be a very run down halt of a station with basic shelter, a ticket machine and trains every half hour or so. The station is on an inclination so take care.

Badly served. Many trains delayed. The Penarth railway station is not far away, which renders this station fairly useless since it is not even linked to the Cogan train station (i.e. Barry line).
