An extremely bad bad bad customer service - apart from the lady who usually works during the afternoon.
By the way, the guy at main entrance refused to help my boyfriend - who actually paid twice - to enter to the station saying "The service is not for free".
Unfortunately, I paid already too.
Such a shame!
A top notch station. Don't let the name fool you... These guys take trains seriously.
Good station, Victoria and overground
Has a small shop inside, however the items are overpriced
I only given a 5 because as a disabled person I can use the stairs what a shame they didn't finish the work on the lifts and ramps at the same time because you're letting down disabled people put mother's with pushchairs and the elderly I would like to see improvement of these to finish it would have been nice you could show us the dates when these are finished
