Nice helpful team I have disabilities and I fill safe here
The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the step free access via the lifts and ranps. Whilst it's nice that a station like this has been reopened, it would really benefit from a Sunday service considering the places trains go to from here.
Facilities are minimal to say the least being completely unstaffed and with only a few seats, shelters, Oyster readers and ticket machines. Buses stop nearby.
The station is a joke. Ugly and cheap look. Only one, extremely small size shelter on each platform- shame on you to the one who designed it. trains running every half an hour or not running at all during the weekends. Constant delays. An utter waste of money.
Great they reopened the old station. Means saving a 30 min bus journey to any other railway/tube station. Shame they don't operate a Sunday service.
