Ben is one of the most helpful TFL staff i have come across in Lonsdon. He taught me something new i never even had known nearly all my life lol but his cuatomer service is outstanding. TFL staff like Ben should be hitting a bonus pay he goes above abd beyond for his customers & i really wish him well in the nearer future. THANK YOU BEN for accomadating me. It was a relief that i could get the train with my bicycle from here to Clapham Junction after my 134 mile cycle raising money for the CARAF Centre. Really Appreciate your help 💯

I had short trip here and loved the quiet peacefulness and cleanliness of this nice and really cozy place in East London. It is one of the stations of Elizabeth line after Romford, having good communication by trains and buses. No big shops with their usual crowds, only small, local ones. Everything is noticeably well organised. Here one can see, how different is London in its various regions.

Refurb far too slow, was such a pleasant station before. Whilst i understand refurbs are a part of our infrastructures life cycle this has been 5 years in the making and there's really not much going on..and yes I can say that as I'm an buildings consulting engineer. Even the temporary arrangements like pathways & turnstiles are poor and not fit for volumes.

Poor train times. Unreliable departure times. Horrible refurbishment schedule. Constantly delayed or cancelled services and poor access for the disabled with massive puddles as you wade through the horrible car park. To top it all off rude staff who are aggressive and unhelpful and generally look horrified to be at work. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
