Bought my tickets at 10.30 17/02/2020 and the gentleman that sold us the tickets was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced on the rail network.... We need more like this please

The station is fine but the trains that run through it are never on time. Its amazing how out of the 100's of times I've used the station a train has never once arrived when it was supposed to.. only south west trains could achieve such a feat.

A very nice train station operated on behalf of south western railway with normally off peak and on saturdays 2 trains an hour to London Waterloo/ Shepperton. There is an hourly service on sundays to London Waterloo and Shepperton. During the morning peak 3 trains (07:05, 07:35, 08.05) run via Twickenham, Richmond and Putney to London Waterloo with the same in the evening peak. Step free acsess is available but with diffrent entry/ exit points. For the London bound side it the the main station entrance and exit nearest sunbury cross. On the shepperton bound side, it is the exit that leads you to Crossways for Staines Road East and Green Street

Basic own railway satin with a small car parkjst ag yeah Londned the M3. Information boards regard don't work and the trains run late more often than not. From this station you can go the end of the line Shepperton or into London Waterloo via Kingston with a couple of services going via Richmond. There are no fast services from this station. There is a waiting room and sandwich van which Also serves cofee on the London bound platform
