Horrid station still without step free access. It will come "soon" though.
Horrid station which feels barely looked after overall. Minimal seating and shelter, no step free access at all, just a handful of ticket machines and an overall unpleasant feel to the station building and platforms.
It's located near a row of local shop and buses stop not too far away but would having a waiting room open all the time, clean stairs and a ticket office open for longer periods of time be really too much to ask?
The station isn’t the best station as it doesn’t have lifts or a fresh, clean aroma, but it is still very usable and functional.
It's 2017 for goodness sake...and they STILL can't provide a lift and disability access...it's a complete joke!
*update* - 2019 and STILL no disability upgrade!!
