Trains are often delayed from here. Approach to the station is weird and often awkward. Trains run every 15 minutes to London, but it can be super full in the mornings. The waiting room is very poor looking and feeling and quite dirty overall with metal benches to sit on which are very cold in winter. It feels like some sort of a prison overall in there.
Step free access to the Epsom trains is possible via a new footbridge and lifts, which is appreciated. Trains are decently frequent. However, you can expect lots of overcrowding here during the peak hours.
A nice, sweet station with a bridge to access platform two with lifts. Somewhat well maintained but toilet was closed.
