A member of staff refused to keep safe distancing when asked to while she was explaining me a station policy. Speechless, especially given the current epidemic.
Fortunately, the other 2 staff members behaved more professionally and respected all the safety measures.
Han restaurant was so good
Could be better than this. but its kind of nice station
New Malden is located in the town with the same name and is used by Southwest trains. New Malden is a decent station, it needs work, but it has a ticket office, it's clean and announcements are clear and there is a waiting room. Though not too many trains stop here, a reasonable amount of them do.
