Not the most usable train station. It's relatively quick to get from here to Central London. It's a shame it's in zone 6, as if it was in lower level zones, it would turn whole Kingston town into a much more sought after area. I believe they are working on redefining this. When it happens, Kingston will become one of the best areas to live in in ... London.
Love the place, it has this authentic atmosphere
It's a very nice place with quick transport options, restaurants and shopping malls. It has one large university, a large college and some of best schools in the Greater London area The best is the walk along the Thames River.
Really nice small town!
The station is located not too far from Eden Street and John Lewis as well as being close to Cromwell Bus Station, so in terms of location, it's good. Facilities are OK but toilets are only located on platform 1/2. Both sides have a waiting room, lifts, seating, shelter and a shop. Ticket machines are available as well as a ticket office. Satisfactory station at best.
