This park is larger than Hyde park (if you exclude Kensington gardens side)- currently it is full of golden brown and red autumn leaves and warm sunshine. The park contains a zoo (now closed), take away cafe, sports rubber athletics track, ponds, children’s play ground, garden shop (you can still buy plants). Be warned the leaves on the ground can make walking around the park quite slippery. The park is completely flat - and very child/family friendly. Lots of cyclists passing on the roads which pass through the park. Very dog friendly park- full of dog walkers. Multiple empty benches to sit on- best time to go is before 2pm everyday.
The station isn't step free assessable, the stairs leading to the platforms are probably the steepest in London, and there are hardly any trains that stop here. You're better off getting a bus from London Victoria instead.
Relatively new residential area, nice buildings. Didn't go much around the area to say more, but it seemed nice
