Very quiet station that has minimal seating, although it is well laid out and serves it's purpose as a station. It has limited undercover shelter from the wind and rain, so I wouldn't want to be here in bad weather. There didn't seem to be any refreshments or members of staff available. The train times are clearly visible and easy to understand, trains were punctual and in general it seemed a very efficient.

The station is incredibly baron and only offers the bare essentials such as Oyster card readers, a ticket machine, seats and a shelter on each platform. Trains should run here every half an hour if they aren't cancelled and step free access is only available for trains not going via Wimbledon. ticket office is open at specific times only.

More people could use this handy station. 40 peaceful minutes to St Pancreas. But it's not well advertised and there is no one around much of the time. A bit bleak and deserted.

Great trains into the city - but they do like to cancel services without notice so always double check before traveling.

The typical off-peak service from the station is 2 trains per hour to Luton via London (clockwise around the loop) and 2 trains per hour to Sutton via Wimbledon (anticlockwise). Additionally, Southern runs between 3 and 5 services per day between Wimbledon and London Bridge.
