Station has been improved in the past with step free access via lifts. There are quite a few steps down if you choose not to use them. Other than that, it's quite OK as a station. All stopping trains on the mainline stop here, meaning you easily get trains running every 3-4 minutes even outside of the peak.
Very frequent service but at times, too frequent as they can be easily prone to delay. Seating and shelter are provided here to a decent amount.
Lovely area
Useful station with a lot of quick transfers to Clapham Junction and thence to City Centre stations
Not long a wait for a train however the staff are unfriendly.
Shops around and very quick to central London.
