The station is located in a good location, near the King's College Hospital and the new bridge provided a new exit with lifts giving step free access. However, they closed the old entrance through the old footbridge meaning that the flow of passengers through here can be incredibly constricted. Very stupid if you ask me. Services are varied enough through here, served by Southeastern, Overground and Thameslink.

They are always changing the platforms in short notice so you can easily miss your train. So annoying I am always loosing time in this station.

Wanted to change platform. Staff member at bottom of stairs moves to stop me and points aggressively over my shoulder. I afterwards learned they have a 1-way system in operation so I was in the wrong but don't their staff have voices? A simple, 'Sorry Sir, please go that way!' would have completely changed this situation. As it was, it was very unsatisfactory!

a station practically insignificant, scarce indications, staff constantly absent, but unfortunately a station in which one must necessarily pass to reach victoria, continuous stops waiting for trains that never pass the night in true nightmare, even 20 minutes of waiting with the doors open with a climate often glacial, inevitable if you then travel with the southeastern trains, the pathetic and ridiculous excuses to justify the daily delays, sometimes (I think out of shame) also avoid making announcements, so as to remain for a long time waiting but without any reason
