Helpful staff but unreliable trains - if you need to use this train station regularly, have a back up trains are frequently cancelled.

Very kind, helpful and polite stuff at this station. Every single one of them takes the time to greet, help and assist as and when necessary. I am happy to be using this station on regular basis because of the people here. It is a clean, well maintained and good over all overground station to travel to/from.

London Overground have really improved this station; their recent renovation has made the station look much smarter and more modern. The staff are also very helpful! Today, I carelessly dropped my gloves on the platform, and when I returned later in the day, the staff gave them back to me. I was so relieved and I want to say thank you to that kind gentleman. Overall, I am proud to say that Highams Park is my local station!

This is a really good London overground station in zone 4, especially Since the addition of the automated ticket Gates lines to tap your oyster have gone down a lot!

Huge improvement since London Overground took over. Clean trains, clean station, all refurbished. Staff at all times. Accessible in both directions now work completed. Shows what can be done!
