Guess it's decent. Close to city. Only 1 train every hour for a direct service to Medway/Victoria and could get quite busy.

Station find clean Good covid19 safety thanks to Dr Notsa !!! ✨✨✨ Shaw Staff are friendly and helpful 👍😁💖💕🚔🚔😷😷🧐🧐 Comedy Gold humour 😂 Jeremy Beagle if still here he would have nothing on these guys!!! 👍So needed in these times. 😊 A station that has personality 💖😀😂👍💞 🚆 !!! Big up to these guys!!! There is staff presence and 24 hour CCTV so it is safe station tho might feel bit out the way it is safe. I live in this manor .....and it is safe as can be, in today times. The whole road has CCTV to to station and city wall as well as station so don't feel unsafe XX taxis our out side station their is a little rank . And welcome to the City 😘

Canterbury East is a much smaller station than Canterbury West. The station is reasonable tidy, though sometimes there are no staff to help with any travel questions.

Canterbury East is walking distance from the City centre, a Pumpkin Cafe is on site, taxis are normally available on the rank and there is a car park five minutes walk away. They could make more of an effort with secure cycle parking, particularly as the station is frequently without a visible staff presence. Generally clean and tidy, including the waiting rooms and toilets.
