Trains are normally on time and the staff are lovely - On my 19th birthday they wished me a happy birthday over the speakers as me and friends were waiting for a train :)

Station is pretty good and staff are nice but the food/drink is crazy expensive. Also all the cabbies don’t pay their taxes so they are all exclusively cash only. In 2019 madness.
Recent renovations make it a far more respectable station then it previously was. dont expect to come in here and be warm though. hitting is very much non existent. (the piano is a nice touch)
Generally a good station. Lifts to platforms allows for disabled access and those with young children. Pumpkin and Costa in the station but nothing on the platforms. Toilets and ticket office usually open. Flowers also sold on station. Staff usually very helpful.
