During my weekend trip from Colchester to Liverpool Street.
It was a very quiet one ,train A bit delayed but I must say that the station is clean and neat due to the pandemic .
Hopefully things returns back to normal.
This is perfect for a London commute , I recently stared a new role and have found the station adequate And the trains run fairly on time .
Not sure why so many people get on the train here with no mask. Is no one questioning them or just happy for the people shielding to have to get off the train scared and confused
Some of the ticket office sales representatives can be impolite, if not rude, occasionally. Best to avoid by using the machines if possible. Also this station has two entrances. But if you want to use the manned ticket office be sure to go to the main entrance as the ticket office at the second entrance isn't always open and then only has a machine. it's a long walk back round to the main entrance.
