The staff in this station was really kind and helpful to me. I got on the wrong train and accidentally left my suitcase behind when I realised and rushed out. They phoned the next station it was stopping at straight away. They effectively took my suitcase out and sent in back on the next train back to the airport. Not only I had it back with me within 2 hours but also everybody smiled at me while they helped me. I really appreciated it. Thank you.

The reason for this review is specifically due to the parking situation! Be careful not to go into the drop off area where you will be charged £25 if you exceed 15 minutes. When you're trying to find your way around the place it is easy to mistake this area for the one which is free to drop off and collect! There is no barrier or taking of ticket and the signage is not suitably clear! But when you go to exit you have to pay! I have tried to get a refund and fight my case but they were having none of it. IMO it's intentional - they must make a lot of money this way from people like me who enter this area inadvertently.

Ridiculous security check. They gave me a super small transparent plastic bag to store all my liquids, just because mine is too big. What’s wrong with a big plastic bag? It should be fine that the total volume of liquids doesn’t exceed the limitation. But they would like to bring trouble to you, rather than carrying security check. I will never go back to this airport again.
