Nice station with connections to London, The South West and the North through Birmingham. The station could do with a refurb and looks knackered from the front, with the old first great western branding scratched off.
Nice and tidy station which has trains which regularly serve places such as London, Plymouth, South Wales and Birmingham, allowing you to get across the country easily.
The platforms can get busy but there is still enough space to social distance, could probably do with some more seats on the platforms however as there it was hard to find any empty seats.
Old school and I like the flowers on the train station;-)
toilets were clean
Staff are extremely helpful, however the toilets are under repair and you have to essentially leave the station to use the toilet. But they do have portable toilets. Although, good waiting rooms on the platforms.
