The staff here are lovely. Always smiling saying hello and checking you are ok. Means a lot when you are living in a solitary bubble.
It was early morning when I entered the station. There were few passengers. It was my first visit to Nuneaton so I asked to show platform and arrival time for train. The lady was really helpful and cleared my doubt. Nice service.
Lovely little station! Cafe is always a welcome treat when I have to wait for my next train.
Only reason I’ve giving it a 4/5 rating is due to the vending machine on many occasions for me has been out of service.
Another thing to add is the size of the seagulls are massive. My most recent trip a saw a UNIT of a pigeon almost eat/swallow a pigeon... A PIGEON!
Clean and tidy. Staff on site helpful.
GWR staff at the station are always friendly and helpful, sadly with Covid happening the sheltered seating areas are closed, but other than that, no problems!
