Quick service
The staff are friendly enough here when the ticket office is open however the station as a whole leaves alot to be desired. Step free access is only available on platforms 1 and 4, toilets weren't open neither was the waiting room and the stopping pattern of trains is quite low.
Very helpful staff! Always ready to help you even if your train is about to approach the station they will leap into the office to quickly print out your ticket so you can make it to your train! How sad that they are not there often! I found them very useful when I just started traveling by trains as I never did before! They were very supportive and friendly!
