I love this station. Beautiful Victorian station, never too busy. Very clean and has wonderful transport links. Sadly to to Covid and changes in South Western Railway timetable many trains on Bournemouth-London branch do not stop at Eastleigh station anymore. So now it’s roughly 1 train every hour to London, Poole and Portsmouth. Cross Country services towards Reading, Oxford etc don’t stop here either.

It is ok. Not the best but not the worst. Transport is not the greatest. Always some times of delays or cancellations. Though this could be said about most pubic transport. Guess the only 2 things you know that won't be cancelled or delayed are your legs.

As a disabled pensioner, I found the staff to be VERY professional, helpful and understanding of my reduced mobility. Very accessible for those with wheelchairs, parents with prams or very young children. Not often I have reason to praise the British rail network, but cannot fault the service I received here. Thank you.

The station known for it's underused service compared to Southampton Airport Parkway and of course, home to rail enthusiasts who hang around at the end of the island platform. Decent enough station with lifts that are honestly really small, maybe two small (630kg limit.) Station has a car park and the bus station is a few minutes walk away. Word of advice: If you are trainspotting, please obey the rules and guidelines about where to stand and film. Don't ruin it for the others.
