When things go wrong is when you can really see how good the staff are at a train station. They don’t give a hoot. Tonight the trains went wrong not there fault. They all went and hid in the ticket office. One guy stood outside have a cigarette and refused to speak to me. I was picking someone up and only asked if the 6.10 had arrived as the screens weren’t working.

I was really hot coming off the train with my bike and bag......the guard at the exit could see it was uncomfortable and gave me a free bottle of water. .they had cases of it! Thanks for the water it really helpd

If i could give zero stars i would!Tried using the ticket machine to buy a return ticket to royston since ticket staff were not present and machine had a problem it took my £10 note and didn't give tickets nor change contacted staff to help me retrieve money and they said there was nothing they could do because ticket office was close till 2pm and I had to get to work.Was extremely disappointed, station staff are just really incompetent! and I felt taken advantage of.
