Nice enough station, but if you are walking here on the non car side the location in looks like a dangerous crossing onto the tracks but it has a nice gentle walk down to the station.
If you don't see it or don't think it's an entrance the next field (which has a path and a big hole in the fence) has man who trains attack dogs. So be careful!
Dipping in the forest and always quiet. Only one or two guests waiting for trains. Lovely place.
Rural station with a service to London, loses some points for that never-ending concrete track leading up to it from the road! You think you’ve made it to the station? Think again - you’ve still got a hike ahead of you! I joke, I joke, it’s not that dramatic. Also the ticket machine didn’t work. And the station building is all boarded up and quite sad looking.
