Very unhelpful office staff, was at least 5 mins with one customer who wasn’t even buying a ticket 😡 The rest of us missed the train. Ticket machines at this station are rarely working so I avoid using them.

Nice refurb but where are the trains?! Hardly find them arriving on time and when they do they are packed during peak hours.

Do not get me wrong here because I have nothing against the facilities and/or the infrastructure of the station, so the two stars may not do the justice to those aspects. However, the lady behind the counter, she HAS TO BE the worst customer service agent I have ever come across. I thought it was only me, but you are free to read other reviews on here about her, people have had worse off her. I think the station management should be reported about her disatisfaction with her job, she may even be struggling to cope mentally but whatever the case, customers cannot be left to be treated so badly by her. There needs to be an internvetion, and there needs to be one soon.
