Great city but its only a small city
Charlotte was not helpful getting my tickets very bad customer service. All the other staff were great .
Just come from Lincoln Station for a day trip and it has all the necessary facilities that a traveller may need.
There is a little welcome desk for when you need to purchase tickets which is small and friendly. A word of advice if you need to use the bathroom facilities make sure you use them on the station as when you exit the barriers they cost you 20p to use.
Bathrooms were clean, and station staff were polite.
Will definitely travel through Lincoln again.
A well served station, pretty clean.
