Service frequency is pretty much "peak hours only" here with no trains serving other times. Ticket machine was covered up and presumably non functioning. Shelters are provided as well as step free access too which is nice. No car parking nearby either because reasons.
There's a lovely garden on the platform towards Derby with poppies for memorial purposes and it's good for watching trains but not much else.
its the best station ever you get stopping meridians and hst's
Service is not frequent, mainly popular during the morning peak, evening peaks with the odd service during the day.
