A absolute joke of s service at the moment! Let's hope in the new year the service improves.
As a train station go's It's ok it is a nice size And ok for disabled people as well I have not been told bad thing's about this station only good So that's a good thing
Convenient from my house and a train every half hour to Cardiff
Very poor, scruffy, always broken bins on floor, also seating is uncomfortable and inadequate as is shelter, which is basic as it gets, really needs cleaning up and more investment. A coffee shop round the corner not to mention a clean toilet would be a good idea, the same for Pontypridd, and Abercynon.
Basic station with shelter. Good service - two trains per hour most of the day but hourly in evenings and less frequently on Sundays. Kept clean.
